Our personal training is primarily done in a small group, usually between 4 and 8 clients. The workouts are entirely different every workout. Each workout is set up to accomodate every level of client. 70% of the clientele are women from athletes to non-athletes 10-90 years old. The trainer is constantly making corrections to each individual, demonstrating and changing the equipement. Even though there is a group, there is a great deal of 1 on 1 attention to each person. This also keeps the prices economical. (Avg. training rates in the US are $60 per. hr.)  Ours works out to be $14 per. hr.

The workouts involve free weights, medicine balls, swiss balls, bands, bosu’s, Reebok core board, pilates, plyometrics, stretching, multidirectional movement and cardiovascular work. Fitness In Motion also includes nutritional counciling on a daily basis which begins with jounalizing what people involve for food habits.
